Impulse Electric’s field team arrive on site with the knowledge and experience to quickly diagnose issues, and with the equipment and tools to get the job done right the first time, as quickly as possible. We are committed to ensuring the success of our customers and know downtime can critically impact field operations.

Our service utility trucks are stocked with parts from key industry providers which ensure that we have the parts in the field and do not have to make unnecessary trips to our parts warehouse to obtain the part. We have it in the truck when we arrive on site.

Our field service team is certified to work on all the equipment we produce and service. They receive continuous training to ensure Impulse Electric remain a leader in field service.
